A Hazzardous Adventure in Thrifting

                     A Gift In The Mail          I was on a James Best fan page on FaceBook a couple of years ago. (Before I got blocked from it.)  See I made the mistake of answering too many trivia questions and apparently not giving others the chance of answering.  Granted only 5 people on the whole page would play these trivia games.  Anyway one of the pictures had Rosco in it and another person made the comment about Rosco saying "Liver, yuk!"  The admin said that it wasn't correct and I made the comment that it was indeed correct, she ended up blocking me, all because I corrected her.          Anyway, back to my gift.  Before I got blocked, Dorothy Best inquired through the admin of the page about a belt that Boss Hogg had worn on an episode of the show.  The first one to find what episode it was in and produce a still shot, got a gift out of ...

                  Dukes of Hazzard Poker Chips                              Found these poker chips at Cooter's Place. Currently there are 9 poker chips, in various colors.  The General Lee has 3 chips with different colors.

                                    Several years ago in September 2017 my family and I went to a parade and mini fair in Marathon WI.  Saw this nice General Lee there and a motorcycle painted in similar fashion.

           Went on eBay and found this tin sign of The Dukes of Hazzard.  It is a custom TV Guide cover.  This was never an actual cover for the TV Guide but I thought it was cool        

Craft Show Finds      I went to a craft show today and found these awesome gems.  I just love the picture with the little child in the wagon.

 Slot car of the General Lee     This is a slot car from Auto World. Made in 2013.  Release number 13. There are 6 different versions of this slot car out there.  I'm lucky enough that I believe I don't need them all to be happy with my little collection.  There are many collectors out there that feel the need to have each version. But I'm not like other collectors.  I open my treasures and enjoy them. 

 Lego General Lee Charger     I found this custom made Lego car on ebay.  For a Lego creation, it is very detailed.  The roof comes off to reveal the inside and to place 'Little Bo' and 'Little Luke' inside.  It has the push bar on the front and cb aerial on the trunk.  I wish I was creative so I could make cars like these.
